Kids’ Fitness & Movement Workshop


Our Fitness & Movement Workshop focused on helping kids stay active through structured warm-up routines, stretching, and simple exercises. Led by trained volunteers, children learned the importance of staying fit, eating healthy, and maintaining balance in daily life. Fun obstacle courses and movement games kept them engaged. The workshop was especially helpful for kids with limited access to outdoor spaces or physical education at school.

Mini Sports Day – Building Team Spirit


We organized a Mini Sports Day where children participated in friendly competitions including sack race, tug-of-war, three-legged race, and mini football matches. The day was filled with excitement, cheering, and laughter. These games promoted physical health, teamwork, and fair play, while giving kids a break from screens and daily routine. Every child received a participation certificate, encouraging confidence and community spirit.
